Since 1997, HICO has been providing customers in the aerospace, defense, marine, and space industries worldwide with comprehensive software solutions and services for Integrated Product Support (IPS/ILS). Our software solutions and services primarily support our customers in the areas of Technical Documentation (S1000D, ATA iSpec 2200, ATA Spec1000BR), Engineering Support for Maintenance, Design and Planning, such as Logistics Support Analysis (LSA/PSA) (S3000L) and Preventive Maintenance Analysis (PMA) (S4000P), including cost optimization (LCC - Life Cycle Cost Analysis). We also focus on the integration, processing and management of materials, including spare parts catalogs (S2000M, ATA Spec 2000) and provide operational support solutions for online/offline applications for Interactive Electronic Technical Documentation (IETP/IETD). Our global teams also focus on tailor-made software solutions in the field of IPS, training on ASD S-Series specifications, our own and third-party products. Finally, we also provide engineering services within IPS, process implementation, project setup, consulting and agile customer support.
